LEADERSHIP KEYNOTES + WORKSHOPS + EMCEE

ANY BOSS CAN GET COMPLIANCE.
ONLY A LEADER GETS EXCELLENCE.

TITLES DON'T BUILD TRUST.
LEADERS DO.

Think about the worst boss you've ever had.

Maybe a name just came to mind. Maybe a situation you've tried to forget. The micromanager who made every decision feel like control. The boss who criticized you in public and took credit in private. The one who made you dread Monday mornings.

If you left, it wasn't for the money.

It was for the peace of mind.

Now think about the best leader you've ever had.

Someone you trusted completely. Who believed in you before you believed in yourself. Who celebrated you in public and gave you real feedback in private. Someone who could ping you at 2am and you'd respond (though, you  know, they'd never do that to you!)

Take a moment. Say their name out loud.

That leader changed something in you.

Your people deserve to feel that too.

That's the experience I build.

Whether that's through a keynote, a workshop, or as your event emcee.

Ready to build a leadership culture your people actually want to be part of?

Let's begin.

"You were amazing as emcee and so much more. You set a tone for the evening that had each of us focused on our 'why.' Thank you for bringing YOUR light to the room and sparking that electricity."

SEE WHAT HAPPENS WHEN ISABEL  IS IN THE ROOM:

THE TITLE SAYS LEADER.
THE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY TELLS A DIFFERENT STORY.

THE DATA DOESN'T LIE.

Putting people into leadership roles without teaching them how to earn trust has always been costly.

Whether your leaders are brand new or have had the title for years: if trust was never built, the gap is still there.

And your people feel it every single day.

Whether they tell you or not.

70%

Of employee engagement is driven by the manager alone.

Not the perks. Not the pay. Not the office.

The person leading them. (source: Gallup)

23%

Of employees strongly agree they trust their organization's leadership.

That's 3 out of 4 people on your team showing up without trusting who leads them. (source: Gallup)

$438B

Lost globally in 2024 to disengaged employees.

Disengagement isn't a culture problem.

It's a leadership problem. And it has an expensive price tag.

Lasting Impact.

KEYNOTES

Isabel's keynotes are built for rooms that are ready for more than just motivation. The 3P Framework delivers one hour of practical, story-driven leadership that audiences feel on a Friday and apply by Monday.

Perfect for leadership conferences, universities, leadership summits or ERG/BRG events.

Applied Learning Before They Even Leave The Room.

WORKSHOPS

At a recent major conference with 100+ sessions, four attendees (and the sound engineer) all said the same thing: this was the best of the entire event. One attendee applied the framework successfully before the conference ended.

Ideal for HR and L&D teams, leadership conferences, ERG/BRG events and universities.

EMCEE

As the emcee of a recent New York fundraiser, Isabel took the room on a journey from laughter to tears. The evening ended shattering the fundraising goal.

Perfect for fundraisers, award ceremonies, corporate galas, and conference keynote events.

HEY THERE! I'M ISABEL.

I THOUGHT
“I’M IN CHARGE” WAS LEADERSHIP… UNTIL LIFE TAUGHT ME OTHERWISE.

When I was younger, I snapped the faja (belt) to let my brothers know I was in charge.

Occasionally they complied, but only ever with the bare minimum when the belt came out or I reminded them who was boss.

Then life gave me a lesson I'll never forget.

At 12, we lost our dad. Suddenly. Traumatically.

And in the aftermath of that loss I learned the one thing no title or faja will ever teach you:

People don't follow Fajas. People follow people.

There is a difference between being in charge and leading the people in your charge.

At a maximum, a title will get you compliance. True leadership, at a minimum, will earn you excellence.

One gets short term output. The other builds lasting impact.

That lesson shapes everything I do.

As a single mom of three. As a Fortune 500 executive. As the co-creator of my company's first Hispanic American mentoring program. And as a leadership keynote speaker helping organizations build leaders people actually want to follow.

I've seen what happens when people feel genuinely seen, supported, and challenged.

And I've seen the cost when they don't.

Through keynotes, workshops, and emcee experiences, I'm on a mission to help organizations develop leaders worth following — before compliance becomes the ceiling.
